WHAT TO EXPECT:

The next articles will be devoted to discuss the following.  Since IS/IT strategy is a derived strategy, derived from business strategy, it is important then to understand how the business strategy is formulated. This business strategic planning then will be discuss, but of course viewed from the perspective of its implication on IS/IT strategy.  This will be discussed in the succeeding meeting(s).  The following meetings are allocated to discuss on the How to develop IS/IT strategy: the framework and the deliverables.   Since IS/IT action plan will be of no use if it is not implemented, then the subsequent meeting will be devoted to address management issues to ensure the objective of IS/IT  strategic plan be achieved and its ultimate goal, i.e.,  the bottom line of the business (maximizing profit) is reached. (Ir.
