Combination of Updated DeLone & McLean ISSM and UTAUT to Evaluate Factors Which Influence Application Usage Level Using SEM-PLS
Application usage level is one indicator which can be used to measure the successful implementation of an IS/ITinvestment. In this study the authors propose to use a combination of Updated DeLone & McLean ISSM and UTAUT to evaluate the factors which influence application usage levels. The three dimensions of quality in the Updated D&M ISSM are factors that affect user satisfaction in IT Assistance applications. These three factors are able to predict user satisfaction of 65.8%. System quality is the only factor in the Updated D&M ISSM that affects he interest in using IT Assistance applications (behavioral intention).
